How does the adapter architecture work?

The CS Order Suite doesn't talk to the ERP directly — it goes through an adapter, a clearly separated interface layer for each ERP system. Your ERP remains the system of record: master data, pricing terms, and orders are maintained where they belong.

The store pulls products, inventory, and customer-specific prices from the ERP and sends incoming orders back. Your team keeps working exclusively in the system they know — no double data entry.

What does the online store synchronize with SAP Business One?

A ready-made adapter is available for SAP Business One e-commerce integration. It keeps four data domains in sync between the ERP and the store:

Product data flows from SAP Business One into the store — the product master is maintained only in the ERP.

Inventory levels are synchronized between the ERP and the store, so customers see reliable availability.

After logging in, every approved business customer sees the terms and price lists negotiated in the ERP.

Orders

Store orders flow straight back into the ERP as sales orders — no retyping, no media breaks.

Which ERP systems are supported?

The adapter for SAP Business One is available today. The adapter architecture is deliberately designed so that additional ERP systems can be connected through their own project adapter — over REST, OData, SOAP, direct database access, or file exchange, depending on what your ERP offers.
